For bug reports, purchase problems, suggestions or privacy questions, e-mail the address above. Please include your device model, OS version (iOS or Android) and what happened. We use your e-mail address and message only to reply, and delete them one year after we reply. See the Privacy Policy.

구매 문제 · Purchases

• 구매한 상품이 보이지 않을 때: 앱의 상점 아래 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 광고 제거·간식 패스·황금 밥그릇·스타터 팩이 다시 적용됩니다. 생선처럼 한 번 쓰는 상품은 구매 즉시 지급되며 복원 대상이 아닙니다.
• 청약철회 기한: 구매 후 7일 안에는 청약철회를 요청할 수 있어요. 아직 쓰지 않은 생선도 포함돼요.
• 요청 방법과 환불(iPhone): 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. Apple 문제 신고(reportaproblem.apple.com)에서 요청하거나 구매 문제 문의로 알려 주시면 안내해 드려요. 환불되면 대금은 결제한 수단으로 돌아가요.
• 요청 방법과 환불(Android): 결제와 환불은 Google Play가 처리해요. Google Play 주문 내역(play.google.com)에서 환불을 요청하거나 구매 문제 문의로 알려 주시면 안내해 드려요. 환불되면 대금은 결제한 수단으로 돌아가요.
• 청약철회가 제한되는 경우: 광고 제거·간식 패스·황금 밥그릇·스타터 팩은 구매 즉시 적용되고, 생선은 즉시 지급돼요. 이미 적용되거나 사용한 상품은 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있어요.
• 미성년자 결제: 미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 결제했다면 본인이나 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있어요.
• 그래도 해결되지 않으면: 위 이메일로 구매 날짜와 상품 이름, Apple 영수증(구입 내역) 또는 Google Play 주문 내역의 주문 번호(GPA.로 시작)를 보내 주세요. 결제 카드 번호나 Apple·Google 계정 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

If a purchase does not show up, tap Restore at the bottom of the in-app shop: Remove Ads, Snack Pass, Golden Bowl and the Starter Pack are applied again. Fish packs are delivered at once and cannot be restored. Apple handles payment and refunds under its policies; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or e-mail us and we will guide you. In the Android app, Google Play handles payment and refunds; request one from your order history at play.google.com, or e-mail us. For purchases in the Korean App Store or Korean Google Play, you can ask to withdraw within 7 days of purchase (including fish you have not used yet); items already applied or used may not be withdrawn under Korean e-commerce law (Art. 17(2)5). If it still does not work, e-mail us the purchase date, the product and the order ID from your Apple receipt or Google Play order history (it starts with GPA.). Never send card numbers or your Apple or Google account password.

부적절한 광고 신고 · Report an ad

앱에서는 설정 > 문의·광고 신고(또는 타이틀 화면 ⓘ)를 누르면 이 안내로 옵니다. In the app: Settings > Support & report an ad (or ⓘ on the title screen).

불쾌하거나 나이에 맞지 않거나 오해를 부르는 광고를 보셨다면 알려 주세요.

• 광고에서 바로 신고: 광고 모서리의 AdChoices 아이콘(작은 ▷ 또는 ⓘ 표시)을 누르면 광고를 Google에 신고하거나 그 광고를 그만 보도록 설정할 수 있습니다.
• 이메일로 신고: 광고 화면의 스크린샷과 대략적인 시각, 기기 종류를 이메일(tuche24@naver.com)로 보내 주세요. 확인한 뒤 해당 광고를 차단하는 등 조치하겠습니다.

If an ad is offensive, misleading or not suitable for your age, please tell us. Tap the AdChoices icon (a small ▷ or ⓘ) in the corner of the ad to report it to Google or stop seeing it, or e-mail a screenshot of the ad with the approximate time and your device to the address above.

광고가 나와요. 이 게임은 무료이며 광고로 운영됩니다. 판을 하는 동안에는 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 보상형 광고는 직접 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 나오고, 광고 제거를 구매하면 배너와 전면 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 맞춤형 광고는 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

진행이 사라졌어요. 진행은 기기 안에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 초기화됩니다. 산 상품 중 광고 제거·간식 패스·황금 밥그릇·스타터 팩은 '구매 복원'으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

Why ads? The game is free and ad-supported, and no ads appear during a run. Rewarded ads play only when you tap for them, and Remove Ads turns off banners and interstitials. Lost my progress? Progress is stored only on the device and resets when the app is deleted. Remove Ads, Snack Pass, Golden Bowl and the Starter Pack come back with Restore.
